Charles Walters                                     1784-1869
Charles was born on 29 May 1784, the son of Rev. Charles Walters and Sarah Budd at Bishop's Waltham, Hampshire.
Charles received his B.A. in 1808; his M.A. of Magdalen Hall, Oxford 1822 and F.R.A.S.; sometime Curate of Soberton, Corhampton, and of Bishop's Waltham, Hampshire, where in 1812 he became Master of the Grammar School, In 1831 he was Rector of Bramdean, and in 1844, of Wyke, Winchester, where he died 7 June 1869.
